Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fur Lined Bomber! Here's what you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Shipping Costs

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery times are typically 5-10 business days after processing. We primarily use reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS for domestic shipments.

4. International Shipping

For international orders, estimated delivery times are typically 10-25 business days after processing. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package directly on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Fur Lined Bomber is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs processing. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box, APO (Army Post Office), and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. Please note that these types of addresses can only be shipped via USPS.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@furlinedbomber.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 7 days of delivery for damaged items. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome for you.

9. Restricted Countries

Please note that we do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. sanctions or are otherwise restricted by international trade regulations. If your country is on such a list, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
