Lined everywhere you touch it

The outer is a matte technical fabric that beads light rain and resists stains, so a walk to the car in drizzle is a wipe-down rather than a dry-out. It is water-repellent, not waterproof, and we would rather tell you that than have you learn it in a downpour.

A hood trim with actual presence
A full, tan faux fur trim rings the hood, so with it up you get a genuine frame around your face instead of a token strip. Down, it sits across the shoulders and does most of the styling work on its own.

It is water-repellent, not waterproof. The shell beads light rain and snow and resists stains, which covers the walk from the door to the car or across a car park. It is not rated for standing out in sustained heavy rain, and we would rather say so.
The maker rates it for comfort between 14°F and 32°F. In practice the shearling lining does most of that work, so how you layer underneath will move the bottom of that range either way.
